Phase I Project is designed to build an automated production line with cutting-edge CNC high-precision grinding machine,automated super-finishing machine and complete set of equipments at home and abroad on a total area of 15,000 m2 and floor area of 8,000 m2,providing over 7,000,000 sets of miniature bearings monthly.At SXD,we set strict standards for quality guided by the idea of "Determined to challenge the Impossible" to safeguard our products with support by comprehensive testing system.
Upon the completion of Phase II Project covering a total area of 20,000 m2 and floor area of 15,000 m2,SXD will be able to provide more than 13,000,000 sets of miniature bearings monthly.Products are exported to U.S.A., Germany, Japan, South Korea,Malaysia,etc.and matched up with automobiles, motorcycles, micromotors, drones, robots, smart homes, etc.
